Joy Marie Winters, a 33-year-old Black / African American female from Goldsboro, North Carolina, vanished on September 6, 2005. The last known contact with Joy was a phone call she made to a family member at approximately 11:00 p.m. that evening. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds. She had black hair and brown eyes.
