Ryan Borgwardt, a 44-year-old man from Watertown, Wisconsin, went missing on August 11, 2024, after he failed to return from a kayaking trip on Green Lake. His kayak and other belongings were found, but his body was never discovered. The search for Borgwardt involved extensive efforts, including underwater drones, divers, and cadaver K-9 teams, but yielded no results.
