Robert Welch, a 64-year-old man from Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, went missing on June 29, 2023. Welch, who suffers from dementia, was last seen around noon near his home, located south of Webbers Falls. His disappearance prompted an immediate search, as his family became concerned that he may have wandered into the surrounding areas, which include large fields of corn and the Arkansas River.
