In the early summer of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of 64-year-old Theodore Anthony Willis. A resident of Goldsboro, North Carolina, he was last seen by his family on June 6, 2024. At the time, Willis, a Black male with black hair and brown eyes, stood at 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighed approximately 220 pounds.
