Valerie traveled from St. Augustine, FL to Tucson, AZ during the summer months of 1998 to visit her ex-husband and two daughters. Valerie's biological sister contacted the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office (FL) in June of 2024 indicating she never heard from or saw her sister again after her 1998 trip to Arizona.
