Valerie traveled from St. Augustine, FL to Tucson, AZ during the summer months of 1998 to visit her ex-husband and two daughters. Valerie's biological sister contacted the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office (FL) in June of 2024 indicating she never heard from or saw her sister again after her 1998 trip to Arizona. She originally reported Valerie as a missing person in St. Augustine (FL) in March of 1999, at which time Valerie was entered into NCIC; however, Valerie was removed f ...
