Victor Christopher Rivas, 62 years old, was last seen on July 17, 2023, in San Jose, California. On that day, he left his residence and was last spotted at a Dollar Tree store on Business Circle. He has not been heard from since. Authorities believe that Victor may be transient and could still be in the San Jose area. At the time of his disappearance, he was driving a gray 2005 Saturn Relay minivan with California license plate number 7ECE868.
