At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a light blue shirt, a blue denim jacket, and Levi's jeans. Garcia stood 5'7", weighed 180 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. He also had several tattoos, including the name "Stephanie Garcia" on his chest, a skunk on his upper left arm, and "Por Vida"
with three flowers on his upper right arm. Garcia was also missing four upper teeth, which he replaced with a partial plate.
