Eloy Cisero Garcia, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on February 4, 1978, in San Jose, California, near the intersection of Tully Road and Alvin Drive. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a light blue shirt, a blue denim jacket, and Levi's jeans. Garcia stood 5'7", weighed 180 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes.
