Ann Linda Riffin, aged 33, disappeared on September 13, 1982, while on a brief vacation in the mountains near Mora, New Mexico. Originally from Montclair, New Jersey, Ann had moved to New Mexico just a few months before her disappearance. She was working at a restaurant in Ruidoso and had plans to visit relatives in Colorado Springs. Ann's white Chevrolet hatchback was found abandoned on September 21, 1982, stuck in a ditch near a remote area called Holman Hill, along Highway 3, a sparsely ...
