Jill Suzanne Troia, a 22-year-old woman, disappeared on the night of September 30, 1995, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was last seen at the Frontier Restaurant after leaving a bar with her friend, Glenda Jean "Jesse" Ray. Witnesses reported that the two had a heated argument at the restaurant. Glenda later claimed that she left Jill at the restaurant and went to Elephant Butte Reservoir with her father, David Parker Ray, who was later convicted as a serial kidnapper and torturer. Jil ...
