John Henry Geppert III, also known as "Jack," was last seen on December 10, 1988, in Los Angeles, California. He was 27 years old at the time of his disappearance. Although some sources list different dates for his last known contact, such as 1995, it is widely accepted that his family last spoke to him in 1988, when he was located in Huntington Beach, California. Geppert informed his family he would not be able to attend a family wedding, after which he was never heard from again.
