Ronald Reed Duck Jr., a 21-year-old U.S. Navy sailor, was last seen on February 14, 1995, near the Naval Station in Pascagoula, Mississippi. On the night of February 13, 1995, Duck had been playing pool and drinking beer at a club in Ocean Springs before heading back to his ship, the USS Stephen W. Groves.
