In the summer of 1999, a young man named James Timothy Mangrum, 23 years old, vanished from his hometown of Kosciusko, Mississippi. On the evening of June 9th, he was last seen by a family member at a local roller-skating rink called Skateland, located off of Industrial Park Road.
