In the summer of 2023, concern grew for 69-year-old James 'David' Griffith after he was reported missing from Reno, Nevada. He was a white male, described as standing five feet six inches tall and weighing approximately 118 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time he was last seen, the only clothing known to be worn by him were white tennis shoes with a red stripe.
