Lori Ann Murchison-Dunbar was a 24-year-old woman whose life took a tragic and mysterious turn in Fort Smith, Arkansas. On September 1, 1995, Lori and her boyfriend, Jerry Cogan, were arrested during a traffic stop. Cogan was taken into custody for suspected driving while intoxicated, and Lori for public intoxication.
