Brian Keith Howard, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on April 11, 2004, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was seen by his mother just before Easter and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Brian was described as being between 5'11" and 6'0" tall, weighing around 165 to 170 pounds, with brown hair (balding on top) and blue eyes. He had several distinctive tattoos on his chest, ankle, left hand, fingers, and left shoulder, along with scars on his forehead and knee.
