Camden Sylvia, a 36-year-old artist from New York City, was last seen on November 7, 1997. She and her boyfriend, Michael Sullivan, who shared an apartment in the South Street Seaport area of Manhattan, disappeared under mysterious circumstances. That evening, both Sylvia and Sullivan were seen leaving their apartment after a reported dispute with their landlord, Robert Rodriguez, over rent increases and issues with heating in their building. Neither Sylvia nor Sullivan has been seen since.
