Travis John Killen, an 18-year-old from Flora Vista, New Mexico, was last seen on November 23, 1997. He left his home near U.S. Route 550 driving his gray 1983 Ford Escort but never returned. The following day, on November 24, his car was found abandoned on Navajo Route 36 near the Chaco River, in a dirt water culvert. Despite extensive searches, there were no signs of Travis at the scene, and he has not been heard from since.
