Jason Andrew Knapp, a 20-year-old Clemson University student, disappeared on April 12, 1998, under mysterious circumstances. He was last seen by his roommates at their apartment in Clemson, South Carolina, on the night of April 11, 1998, when he rented a movie and stayed behind while his roommates left. Nine days later, Knapp's car, a white Chevrolet Beretta, was found abandoned at Table Rock State Park, approximately 30 miles from his apartment.
