Toby Jermele Bing, an 18-year-old from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, was last seen on February 18, 1999. On that day, Bing received a call requesting that he travel to Bluffton, South Carolina. Accompanied by his friend Elshawndrae Jones, the two were last seen driving Bing's white 1994 Toyota pickup truck. Neither Bing nor Jones has been seen since that evening.
