In the winter of 1999, a 22-year-old man from Atlanta named Elshawndrea 'Shawn' Jones was visiting friends on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. On the evening of February 18th, he was with his 18-year-old friend, Toby Bing. The two were last seen together around 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Wild Horse Road.
