Elshawndrea "Shawn" Jones, a 22-year-old from Atlanta, was last seen on February 18, 1999, on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He had been visiting the area with his friend Toby Bing, aged 18. The two men were last spotted driving Bing's white 1994 Toyota pickup truck after receiving a phone call asking them to travel to Bluffton, South Carolina. The pair disappeared that evening and were never heard from again.
