On May 25, 2000, 46-year-old Sandra 'Sandy' Kay Baker was seen for the last time in Delaware Township, Pennsylvania. She was a resident of Folk Road, where she lived with her fiancé, William 'Billy' Thomas Crea Jr. The couple had plans to marry in October of that year. According to Crea, he last saw his fiancée between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. at a Sheetz convenience store on Route 18. Sandra was driving her dark blue 1988 Honda Accord with Florida license plates.
