Regina Marie Bos, aged 40, was last seen on October 17, 2000, in Lincoln, Nebraska. A musician and mother of three, Regina had attended an open mic night at Duggan’s Pub in downtown Lincoln. Witnesses last saw her leaving the pub around 1 a.m., carrying her guitar. She intended to pick up her boyfriend before returning home but never made it to his residence.
