Lisa Michelle Hatchell, a 37-year-old mother and U.S. Army veteran, was last seen on the night of July 19, 2003, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was her birthday, and she was last spotted around 10:00 p.m. near her boyfriend's residence on Warrington Avenue. The couple had reportedly been arguing over money, and she vanished shortly afterward. Despite being a regular presence in her family’s life, Lisa has not been heard from since.
