Sonia Moreno Ronquillo, a 32-year-old woman from Fort Worth, Texas, was last seen on December 12, 2004. She was reportedly in the company of her ex-boyfriend, Jorge Meza, at the time of her disappearance. Meza, who was 29 years old, is described as 5'9" tall and weighing around 174 pounds. Both Sonia and Meza vanished that day, along with Sonia's white 2003 Ford Windstar, which was later discovered in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.
However, there was no trace of either of them at the scene.
Sonia suffered from depression and anxiety and was supposed to be taking medication for her conditions. Her family reported her missing and believe that she was possibly abducted by Meza and may be in danger. Despite investigations, her case remains unsolved, and neither Sonia nor Jorge has been located since.
