Asia Nicole Martin, a 19-year-old woman, disappeared from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, on May 27, 2005. That evening, she called her mother at approximately 8:40 p.m., but was never heard from again. According to her roommate, Asia had left their shared apartment at Robinson Place Apartments to take a walk. She had also purchased a bus ticket to visit her mother in Denver, Colorado, but never boarded the bus.
