Sheryl Rucci, a 33-year-old woman from Lockport, New York, was last seen at her apartment on August 9, 2005. Her disappearance is surrounded by suspicious circumstances, as she was set to testify against her ex-boyfriend, Roger Hueber, in a child sex abuse case. Sheryl left her apartment around 9:00 p.m., and despite her belongings being found inside, only her keys were missing. Her scent was traced by bloodhounds to a nearby Skateland before the trail was lost.
