Cynthia Bulmer Missing Person Case

Cynthia Bulmer, 40, was last seen on the evening of March 26, 1998, in Lockport, New York. She was at Kendzies Restaurant on Main Street around 10:30 p.m., leaving with two African American men, both of whom were later identified but have since passed away. One of the men was her on-and-off boyfriend, who was murdered sometime after her disappearance, and the other died in prison in 2001.
