Patrick Warren Mahurin, a 43-year-old man, was last seen on May 14, 2006, in Cave Junction, Oregon. He left his residence around 5:00 p.m. riding his red FS-Elite Convertible Cruiser bicycle with a wire basket. Prior to leaving, Mahurin had an argument, after which he took a bottle of sleeping pills and a bottle of scotch with him. This raised concerns about his mental state, particularly since he suffered from bipolar disorder and required medication. He has not been heard from since.
