On a summer afternoon in Glendale, Arizona, a young man named Jose Julian Beltran-Sedano was working on his vehicle in front of his residence on August 12, 2006. Beltran-Sedano, who was 20 years old at the time, was accompanied by his pregnant girlfriend and a friend. It was around noon when their day took a terrifying turn. Four Hispanic males, with their faces obscured by bandannas, approached the group. The unknown men, dressed in dark shirts and camouflage pants, began to assault Beltran-Sedano, hitting him until he fell to the ground. His shirt was reportedly torn off during the violent attack, and it is believed he may have sustained injuries to his head and face. The assailants then forced Beltran-Sedano into his own purple 1999 Ford Expedition and drove away from the scene. This brazen abduction, which occurred just two days before his twentieth birthday, was the last time he was seen or heard from. Later that same day, his vehicle was discovered abandoned in Phoenix, Arizona, at 8900 S. 14th St. The interior of the Ford Expedition had been deliberately set on fire, adding a sinister layer to the already disturbing circumstances of his disappearance. At the time of the incident, Beltran-Sedano had been in the process of purchasing the vehicle from its registered owner. The case of Jose Beltran-Sedano's disappearance is considered an endangered missing person case, with authorities suspecting foul play. Despite the violent nature of his abduction and the subsequent discovery of his burned-out vehicle, the individuals responsible have never been identified, and no arrests have been made in connection with his case. Beltran-Sedano is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, and he has a double piercing in his ear. He also went by the aliases Ricardo Bracamontes Villalba and Fernando Rodriguez Trujillo.
