In the autumn of 2007, 62-year-old Charles Bretzman, known to some as 'Charlie' or 'Tince,' was a resident of Phoenix, Arizona. On October 2nd of that year, he was last seen at his home in the vicinity of 7th Street and Union Hills at approximately 10:30 in the morning. It was believed that he had plans to go camping in the Bradshaw Mountains, specifically in the Turkey Creek area of Yavapai County.
