Brian Histand was a 25-year-old male, originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, who had relocated to Phoenix sometime in 2012 to pursue a career as a professional BMX rider. He graduated from Neshaminy High School in 2006 and earned a B.S. in Business from Bloomsburg University in 2010. Described as athletic and adventurous, he was deeply involved in BMX riding, often filming tricks and stunts and gaining a small sponsorship following his relocation to Arizona.
