Richard Clarence Houston, a 46-year-old man from Chickasha, Oklahoma, was last seen on August 30, 2023. Houston, who had a prosthetic leg and used a cane, was reported missing after failing to show up for an appointment on August 31, and subsequently missing work the following day. He left behind personal belongings such as his wallet, backpack, and work uniform, though his cellphone was missing and hasn't been used since his disappearance.
