John "Jack" May, a 44-year-old man from Chickasha, Oklahoma, has been missing since April 15, 2005. He was last seen in Chickasha, and shortly after his disappearance, his white 2002 Ford F150 truck was found abandoned in Oklahoma City. At the time of his disappearance, May was between 5'5" and 5'8" tall, weighing 170 to 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
