Jack Jerome Girou, a 49-year-old from St. Louis County, Missouri, disappeared on June 11, 1975, along with his wife, Patricia. That morning, their 17-year-old daughter, JoAnne, reported that they had left to attend a funeral, entering a green limousine or Cadillac. Jack reportedly took a loaded .38 caliber revolver with him. Jack promised to call JoAnne with a contact number in case of emergencies, but neither he nor Patricia were ever heard from again.
