Charles Dwayne Bell Jr., a 34-year-old man from Harrisburg, Missouri, went missing on September 15, 2011. He was last seen riding his red 2009 Ducati motorcycle near Dripping Springs Road and Red Rock Road, heading toward Columbia, Missouri. His family reported him missing on September 18 after he failed to meet friends as planned.
