Charles Dwayne Bell, a 34-year-old male from Harrisburg, Missouri, was last seen on September 15, 2011, in northern Boone County. He was known to some as Charlie, and when he disappeared he was associated with a red 2009 Ducati motorcycle bearing Missouri license plate BP4GU. The Boone County Sheriff's Office states that he was reported missing on September 18, 2011, after there had been no known contact with him and no confirmed sightings since September 15.
