Jay Calvin Pringle, a 17-year-old from Medford, Oregon, went missing on April 19, 1977. Before his disappearance, Jay had traveled to California with a 23-year-old acquaintance, Robert Harry Kellogg. The two were last seen together in Gardena, California, after reportedly getting into an argument and parting ways. Jay was carrying a suitcase and a wool blanket when he was last seen.
