Eleanor C. Parker, 18, was last seen on November 10, 1981, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After stopping at her parents' home in the Southdowns neighborhood to pick up some winter clothing, she was headed back to her apartment on Gardere Lane, but she never arrived. Eleanor had recently moved into the apartment with three female roommates and was planning to attend Louisiana State University in the spring.
