In the quiet community of Lemmon Valley, Nevada, the morning of May 9, 1983, began like any other for 10-year-old Anthony 'Tony' Franko. A fifth-grade student at Lemmon Valley Elementary School, he left his home for the half-mile walk to school, filled with the innocent excitement of a child.
