Willard Duane Martindale, 29, was last seen on December 1, 1977, in Reno, Nevada. He was known to live a transient lifestyle, often traveling between the Reno and Hawthorne areas. On the day of his disappearance, Martindale's family spotted him near a highway overpass in Reno, but by the time they turned their vehicle around, he had vanished. Despite efforts to locate him, no further traces of him have been found.
