Tammy Sue Rothganger, a 15-year-old from Eldon, Missouri, was last seen on May 16, 1984. That morning, she was spotted outside Eldon High School, just across the street from her home. Witnesses saw her getting into a blue Plymouth vehicle around 7:45 a.m., but she never attended school that day, and she has not been seen since.
