Sherry Marler Missing Person Case

On a summer morning in Greenville, Alabama, twelve-year-old Sherry Marler accompanied her stepfather, Raymond Stringfellow, on a trip into town. They arrived at the First National Bank at approximately 9:30 a.m. Sherry asked her stepfather for a dollar to buy a soda from a machine at a nearby Chevron gas station across the street. He gave her the money and she left the bank, last seen crossing the street. When her stepfather returned to his truck about fifteen minutes later, Sherry was gone.
