Debra Lee Frost, a 17-year-old from Salt Lake City, Utah, disappeared on July 9, 1984. She was last seen at the Mountain Bell Plaza, where her boyfriend worked. That evening, Debra mentioned that she intended to either walk or hitchhike home to Montgomery Street, but she never arrived. Known to be a habitual hitchhiker, Debra had run away before, but she had always stayed with friends. None of her friends or family heard from her after that night.
