Tinze Lucinda Huels, a 17-year-old from Tampa, Florida, was last seen on October 27, 1984. She left her home that day to go to a laundromat, but her car was later found abandoned at the Char-Pal Lounge parking lot. Inside the car were clean, folded laundry, but her keys were missing. Two weeks after her disappearance, her purse was discovered in the men’s restroom of a campground at Busch Gardens, with her cash, driver's license, and marriage certificate still inside.
