Tommy Dean Wampler, a man with ties to both the sunny shores of Florida and the southern charm of Georgia, vanished under puzzling circumstances in the autumn of 1984. Known to his loved ones as Tom, he had previously resided in Fernandina Beach, Florida, and on St. Simons Island, Georgia. His life's path had also led him to have family connections in Arkansas.
