Hernandez, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, disappeared while wearing a white t-shirt, blue pants, and brown sandals. He stood 5'5" tall, weighed approximately 145 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. His family and authorities have been searching for him ever since.
Due to his Alzheimer's condition, it is believed that Hernandez may have become disoriented, which could have contributed to his disappearance.
