Tracy Kroh, 17, disappeared on August 5, 1989, in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. That evening, she had driven to her sister’s home in nearby Halifax to drop off some personal items. After being unable to find her sister at home, she left the items on the porch and was last seen at a convenience store on Market Street in Millersburg, near her parked vehicle.
