Shirley Hyman, 31, went missing on August 28, 1981, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That evening, she was last seen leaving the Park Avenue Café bar, located near 22nd Street and Hunting Park Avenue, with two men in a blue van. Witnesses described Shirley as visibly upset and crying when she left the bar. She had been spending time playing pool with friends and family earlier in the evening, but they left before her.
