Dolly Ann Thomas-Caulder, 30, was last seen on the evening of December 5, 1990, in Charlotte, North Carolina. That night, she called her mother and mentioned that she was walking home from a friend’s house and expected to arrive in an hour. Unfortunately, Dolly never returned home and has not been seen or heard from since. Despite efforts by her family and local authorities, no substantial leads have emerged regarding her whereabouts.
