Phillip B. Sellew, a 44-year-old man, disappeared on July 6, 1992, from Sanford, Florida. At the time, Sellew was living at "The Ranch," a group home on Celery Avenue, where he was receiving care due to brain damage caused by a fall four years earlier. This injury left him mentally disabled, and he required medication to help manage his condition. On the morning of his disappearance, Sellew left the group home, telling staff he was going to buy toenail clippers, but he never returned.
