Phillip B. Sellew, a 44-year-old man, disappeared on July 6, 1992, from Sanford, Florida. At the time, Sellew was living at "The Ranch," a group home on Celery Avenue, where he was receiving care due to brain damage caused by a fall four years earlier. This injury left him mentally disabled, and he required medication to help manage his condition.
