Clarence Ruffin, a 71-year-old man from Avondale, Louisiana, was last seen on July 10, 1992. Ruffin left his home around noon to get a haircut in the 100 block of Morgan Court but never returned. Described as 5'7" to 5'10" in height and weighing 175 pounds, Ruffin had black and graying hair and brown eyes.
